We will work with you to ensure your Medication Management and Auditing Procedures are updated in line with the Medication Management System you have chosen to deploy. We will assist your Staff Development by providing Training specific to the systems you are using ensuring Staff concerns are minimised. We will actively assist in managing change in residents’ needs & provide effective and easy means of communicating with us to achieve that.
For Service Users in their own home:
We will ensure that your prescriptions are managed for you, eliminating the stress that can be caused when requesting repeat items. Any changes advised by the surgery will be managed by us when dispensing your medication and then ensuring your items are delivered when required.
