How Our Service Works

1. Prescription receipt

Your GP or prescriber sends prescriptions to us electronically via the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) or by other secure means.

2. Clinical check

Our pharmacists clinically review each prescription to ensure it is safe and appropriate for you.

3. Dispensing

Medicines are dispensed in our GPhC-registered pharmacy using secure processes and, where appropriate, monitored dosage systems.

4. Delivery

We deliver medicines directly to your home or care setting using tracked or documented delivery processes.

5. Communication

We provide telephone and email support during opening hours. For urgent medication issues, we operate an emergency out-of-hours process.

6. No face-to-face access

As a distance-selling pharmacy, all services are provided remotely. There is no face-to-face access at the registered premises.

7. Feedback and complaints

We welcome feedback. Details of how to make a complaint are set out in our Complaints Procedure.
